I'm still confused about the difference between L4 AI.Īs a new dad, dealing with Affnity and C1 etc. If I need to edit non-Fuji file, I'll use Affinity Photo. I just want these files to exist in the same catalog and fill keywords, etc. Question for Capture One Pro Fujifilm users: Even if I can only edit RAF files, can I use the C1 catalog to manage my older Nikon files? My plan is to export in jpg and TIFF all my older files. Two years ago, I tried On1 Photo Raw but I never seen a program with so many bugs! So this one is not even an option! Anyone has experiene with both tool or moved from LR to one of these tools? I'm especially interested by Luminar (4 or AI) or Capture One Pro (Fujifilm version). ![]() Have merge option built-in (panorama, HDR).Can work with some plugins like Nik Collection (still using the old free from Google) or Topaz.Advanced tools for my "true" photographs (landscapes, nature, travel) that I want to print, publish or to sell.In fact, I always shoot raw but now thinking of using all in-camera jpg parameters for these shots. Quick and efficient auto or AI processing for my casual shots (family, kid, events) for my own usage only.Assets managment (keywords, albums, etc).I'm a long time LR user (since version 3) and I really love the catalog part. I'm already tried and purchased Affinity Photo as a replacement for Photoshop and I'm quite surprised (I use PS for web, pub, banners, etc). So, I'd like to get rid of my monthly subscription with Adobe. And I do less "true" phtography I'm doing more family and kids shots for my own usage. As a new father, my priorties have changed and I'm less interested to pass so much time on processing. Recently, I'm doing lot less photography. ![]()
